App is very easy to use, and great features

The app is very easy to use, and they have great features like letting you pick your PIN for your debit card when you open the account, rather than getting one through the post which you then have to change. The cashback on debit card spending is good as it has (almost) no restrictions. The savings rates are good too. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025

Happy customer who has used them for the last 3/4 years

Have had a Chase bank account for a few years now and I love the additional rewards you can earn in cashback, as well as the ease of managing my money through my mobile.
