Great app

I like that the saving rate is okay and I have 1% cashback every time I spend. I've never had an issue that I needed customer service though. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

It's very easy to use the phone app.

It's very easy to use the phone app. Easy to move money between current account and savings account. The round up feature is good. The money rounded up goes in to a different savings account with a higher interest rate. It gives a nice pay-out each year. Reviewed on: 15th February 2026

Chase Bank

Chase is good, the app is easy to use and is smart. The cash back offer on grocery, fuel and travel is good. The customer service is good, they respond quickly and I’ve never been left disappointed with the help I’ve received. A negative would be the savings APR has gone down so much that I’ve decided to move my savings to a different provider for better interest rates. This isn’t an issue as such but I prefer when all my accounts are with the same provider but this is more of a personal issue than Chase themselves. Reviewed on: 15th February 2026

Great bank
