A1 bank great experience helpful customer service...

Great bank great experience helpful customer service if needed. Easy to transfer money from one account to another and set up various accounts for different personal means. Great to use abroad as no fees and the best exchange rate available when paying in restaurants, bars etc. I visit Kenya regularly and now take minimal cash. I can’t say one bad word about my account and card the only thing I can say is it’s the best bank I’ve ever been with. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025

You can contact Chase 24/7 365 days a year.

You can contact Chase 24/7 365 days a year. They are always happy to help and most issues, concerns are dealt with in about an hour. They are understanding and reassuring. Although they are a digital bank there seems to be more you can do, I am still getting 1% cash back on daily purchases and they do a round up scheme which is also great, have as many savings pots within your account as you want.
