Had some issues with a fraudulent charge and the com...

Had some issues with a fraudulent charge and the company kept trying to take mine out my account. This happened around 8pm at night and I managed to get through to someone instantly and they sorted it all out within an hour. They recovered the money I had lost and helped make sure it didn’t happen again. Reviewed on: 15th February 2026

It had been great so far.

It had been great so far. I have no complaints besides two things. First is the 1% cashback only being applied to everyday spending like grocery and travel. I much preferred when this applied to almost all spending. Secondly, the savings rate currently at 2.25% compared to what new customers are able to secure.
