Good Rate and Great Perks

App very reliable and responsive. Good Rate on Current Account, Round Ups, 1% Cashback if you deposit £500 monthly. Card details not on Card, only on App so better security wise. Fast Notifications when POS transactions made. This has become my Primary Account for general spending and my daughter uses it as well after my recommendation. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

I was shocked how good it was when I called

I had to phone the bank about a transaction on my account and I honestly expected to be sat in a queue for ages, I was very shocked and pleasantly surprised when someone answered the phone within a couple of rings and they already knew who I was! The service felt very personable and I was blown away! Can’t rate them enough. Reviewed on: 6th February 2025

My fav account

Haven't used any other debit cards since having my Chase card. The 1% cashback feature is an excellent perk. The app is really easy to use and access and I've never experienced any issues. Also being able to use the card abroad without having to pay any fees is brilliant. Reviewed on: 6th February 2025
