I’ve been with Chase for 5 years now.

I’ve been with Chase for 5 years now. I’ve enjoyed the service and the app is easy to navigate. I used to think it would nice if there was a website for the online banking; however, it has become unnecessary as the app can do everything that I need it to do. Would definitely recommend, even as a main bank account replacement. I left Lloyds Bank to use Chase as a full time bank Reviewed on: 15th February 2026

An amazing experience with Chase from the very start

Have had an amazing experience from start to finish with Chase. Excellent to use on family holidays with fabulous exchange rates provided. Retrieved money for us when a company attempted to scam us, providing regular and informative communication throughout. So impressed by their service levels have referred my spouse and mother to Chase. Have also recently joined Chase Protect which provides all our family insurance needs in one place.
