A fantastic and hugely valuable tool

I have been using Chip for several years now and it’s been a fantastic asset in enabling me to save without feeling like it’s a stretch. As a result of using Chip, it has helped me to purchase an engagement ring for my now Wife, we purchased our amazing Cockapoo with savings in Chip and it’s even funded a few trips away with friends. Easy and efficient to save and nice user experience. Excellent customer service - I had my phone stolen whilst abroad and chip were great at helping me secure my account and gave me peace of mind. The interest rates are competitive and I like how easy it is to withdraw money to my bank account and deposit money into chip. Overall a great bank! Reviewed on: 20th March 2025

Easy to use app that helps you save and invest.

Easy to use app that helps you save and invest. You can set up different saving goals and allocate how much of your regular savings you want to go to each goal. It’s easy to set up regular payments and auto-saves so you don’t need to think about transferring your money every month. There are different types of savings account to choose from with different types of benefits. I find the rates are on average better than what you’d get in a high street bank. The prices are fair and the app works well. I’ve hardly ever had any issues with it, and any that I’ve had have been resolved easily by customer support. Chip provided good interest rates on savings

Chip provided good interest rates on savings for a while and the app was relatively easy to use for simple tasks but it took too long to receive replies to questions and was difficult to speak to anyone by phone for queries which did not have an easy solution on the app. Reviewed on: 20th March 2025
