So awesome, it scares other banks.

I found these guys through Money Saving Expert - Martin. I opened my account and transferred a healthy amount into it. THE NEXT DAY My bank (First Direct!!!) tried to convince me it may be a scam and I should return my money to them. Now, don’t get me wrong, First Direct are an awesome current account - but these guys wipe the floor with everyone else when it comes to savings. I can’t comment on investments cos I’ve never done that. But for savings, I really feel the other banks are just scared that the ‘new’ way to bank is gonna severely hit/hurt their profits. Easy to use App based

Chip is very easy to use, everything on the App, very succinct. Customer Service very responsive and generally come back to any query within the hour. Also very reactive to the Bank Rate changes, rather than other high street Banks who seem to be much slower to pass on any increase. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
