most human experience I've had in a while

I found out about clockwise while looking for loan options available to me. I found out by chance that they covered the county where I lived at the time. The following day I joined Clockwise and was offered the loan with terms that fit my needs. The team was very supportive as well, easy to communicate with. This was unexpected. Good service

It was my first time in my live applying for a loan. I was really scare and worry because I didn't know what to expect and if it would be successful my application or not. My bank account it was in negative at the beginning of the month and having a son to provide him food I decided to try. I don't regret it. It, was really easy and all done in the website. It was also very fast, I just have to wait a couple of weeks for the approval and to receive the money. Being my first time applying for a loan, I don't like the idea that it would take longer that I expected to pay back because of the interest and all, but this company saved me to have the ability to put food on the table. Exceptional service

I came to the credit union after leaving a high street bank. I have now been a member for many years and have always received amazing customer service. The credit union staff have always been polite professional and by far way better than the high street bank I was with.
