I would never get accepted for a loan before but clockwise really helped me when i was struggling, i am a single mum with 2 children and this has helped me with those extra things for the children that i wouldn't of been able to afford. I’ve had times where I have struggled to get with my...

I’ve had times where I have struggled to get with my children and if it wasnt for clockwise I wouldn’t be where I am today. They helped me when no one else would and when I had little hope they pulled me out of the depressive state I was in. They made me believe in people again and they help so much with the paying back. I don’t even realise I’m paying my loan back they are that good with it. I’ve enjoyed my experience with clockwise and will continue to be a member because even though I’m not struggling at the moment, there may be a time that I need help again and I know they will be there for me Reviewed on: 9th July 2025

Mixed Experiences

Ive had mixed experiences, depending on the person I speak to on the phone. Ive had really good customer service and also really bad customer service, it really does seem to depend on who you speak to, the telephone lines are always incredibly busy, ive waited up to 30 mins to speak with someone only to have the line drop and no one phone me back. Unfortunately this has happened multiple times. I think you need to be a very patient person to deal with Clockwise credit union, if the customer service was more consistent and you coukd get through to the same person, rather than deal with multiple different personalities, the service would be much better.
