Helpful staff are a delight to speak to

I am always losing my phone and every I call to reset my details I have been met with a very helpful member of your team this time it was Carol who was very helpful and polite, I wish all bank staff were as helpful as carol but then again your team are, it has made banking a dream/walk in the park, please pass my regards on to Carol and the team and keep up the good work.
