Should be ashamed!

Should be ashamed, taking the money of the wrong bank account, then applying a fee which is almost as big as the actual payment, under the trading standards and consumer rights this is unfair! Failing to notify the consumer of missed payment, and applying the charge is not right! Telephone customer service is shocking, rude "assistant" named Abrsede, that could barely speak English, found almost impossible to understand what he was saying. Novitas Loans owned by Close Bros, were back door P2P

People sold Novitas loans by family solicitors were unwittingly being sold risky P2P loans without even knowing it. Close have now closed Novitas down, and put £6m aside for consumer redress. Reviewed on: 10th August 2022

Zero customer service

Zero customer service try to flog you off and scamming you out of payments even tho it’s there mistake. Reviewed on: 19th July 2021

Shocking company!!!

Shocking company!!! Used them(not by choice) to finance my public liability insurance, setup my direct debit with them when taking out my insurance then they took it upon themselves to add my ex business partners bank details to my account, trying to take the money out of his account for my insurance which id go as far to say they broke the data protection act and commited fraud. This is financial fraud company so be aware from them.

We have bought a Pram in October 2018 and returned same week because it was wrong Pram. We have an autistic child and one new born baby so we ordered twin pram but recieved single child pram. I have taken this pram on finance, mothercare refunded us first payment but did not cancel the financing agreement and I am paying installments from last 5 months. I have informed mothercare and financing company both but nothing has done. both blame each other and ask to contact other but... Reviewed on: 6th February 2019
