New driver cover is only available to existing Collingwood learner driver customers after passing the practical driving test. Taxi insurance can be for annual or short-term cover and courier insurance cover is for food and parcel delivery drivers.

Con Artists!!!!

Stay clear of these con artists!!! They charge you a massive cancellation fee once you pass your test. 2 months of insurance and they want the whole years worth of policy paid for....Google reviews for them lots of ppl have been duped by them. Collingwood gave us the best renewal price rather than cynically overestimating and the matching someone else. I also liked how they didn't automatically renew, which is another underhand practice of insurance companies. We were helped by Bess on the phone, who had a really super manner. She helpfully called us back when she said she would, when we didn't have the correct person available here to speak to, at our request. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2025

Great company, great service.

Was with Collingwood for almost a year, where I was able to practice driving with friends following their rules and guidelines. It was valued at a reasonable price, and made it easier for me to pass my driving as I could gain further experience outside of lessons. The helplines were extremely professional, helping with anything I needed guidance on, whether that was changing a vehicle or enquiring about the policy. Extremely respectful, extremely polite.
