I switched to the co-op after bad customer experience at my previous bank. Co-op customer service is very good, you get a native English speaker not someone in a call centre thousands of miles away, and they genuinely try to solve your problems rather than parroting a script. Never had a bad experience with Smile The Internet Bank and the packaged bank account for travel insurance is fantastic. I had to use it and there were no problems whatsoever. Reviewed on: 20th January 2018
