Not the best!

The Co-operative has been a mainstay of my family for over a hundred years.For groceries,Banking,House insurance,Travel and car insurance. From my Grandparents,parents and myself and siblings.But for sometime now I have been disappointed with their service.I feel they are not trying hard enough for customers service. User friendly app

Mickey mouse bank

Bank app never working, consistent pending transactions. Bad customer service. After 16 years of banking with this company I've had no choice but to move and should of done it years ago! I've less stress in my life on my financial situation now. Reviewed on: 4th June 2023

Easiest banking experience

Efficient ethical bank with helpful staff

The Cooperative Bank is one of the few ethical banks which is why we decided to join it many years ago. It has a user friendly app, making it easy to check accounts and move money. We pay an additional fee for our current account for which we get worldwide travel insurance, breakdown cover and access to airport lounges, all good perks. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023
