Disappointed with IT changes.

Since you have changed your IT system I’ve found it very difficult and confusing. I spoke to customer service who were excellent; patient and helpful, but the systems remain difficult to access and navigate which has been enormously frustrating and despite support from other members of my family it’s not been possible to resolve this. I’m 83 years old and working with your IT has been exasperating, however, your customer service staff particularly Simon have been excellent. Reviewed on: 27th January 2025
