I was looking to setup an ISA for this tax year and I saw Darlington BS had a very good fixed rate so I decided to progress I had a few questions regarding maturity date & ISA transfers so phoned savings customer service - Spoke to Craig who provided all the information I required , he also provided other useful information about ISA management - nothing was too much trouble - thanks very much Craig Reviewed on: 3rd November 2024
