registering for online banking, nominating an account

Over the phone, Keely at the Middlesbrough branch described the steps for registering for online banking, nominate an account and uploading a bank statement. I completed all the steops in about 5 minutes with ot any mistakes whatso ever. She was polite, courtious, knowlegdable and friendly. I called to close my darlington account and shift my funds to another bank. I have decided not to do that and look at Darlingtons interests rates. Thank you Reviewed on: 12th August 2024
