Charley was very helpful, friendly and efficient. However I do not agree with having to watch a 3 minute introduction video when I am in a face to face meeting and think elderly people may struggle with. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025

Rapid, well-informed and cheerful help

Every time I need a bit of information from the DBS, I get instant, informed and cheerful help. Today was the same, and it made my ISA transfer admin very easy. Service like this is rare and it makes me come back to your bank for more, and want to stay as a customer. Reviewed on: 8th September 2025
