Darlington feel like Building Societies used to, wit...

Darlington feel like Building Societies used to, with caring, helpful people to advise customers. They were absolutely wonderful in arranging our Mortgage. The members of staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had tried all the big names but felt from start to finish that Darlington staff were trying to do their very best for us and the experience was so easy and smooth. We are 3 years in with the mortgage and couldn't be happier with Darlington, who keep us up to date from time to time, without it feeling too often. Reviewed on: 7th April 2025

Such a helpful Building Society.

We were refused a mortgage at many other banks Darlington Building Society were the only ones who would take us on because of our age, they have been so helpful and we renewed our fixed rate again with them this year so easy to do online. Reviewed on: 7th April 2025
