Went through a 3rd party so only recently had direct contact with Darlington. Everyone we have spoken to have been really friendly and patient - a lovely experience - mortgages are stressful so very nice to hear a friendly voice. Reviewed on: 25th October 2019

Using a broker to obtain a mortgage was slow and laborous. As well as expensive. A product bought direct would be preferred. Having been allocated Gemma the process became personable and direct. Reviewed on: 12th September 2019

For the most part communication was great and I appreciate you accepting stipend income, but after being told my applications was approved I had nothing for 2 weeks and then I was asked for more documentation which delayed my completion date Reviewed on: 10th September 2019
