Service let down by mortgage valuation surveyor, which I was obliged to use, by DBS. Made a complaint to them re faulty report and did receive part refund. Customers should be able to choose their own surveyor! Reviewed on: 12th December 2018

Our mortgage advisor sorted us a mortgage with no fuss. On the down side I spoke to a youn lady regarding our bank loan settlement who gave us wrong advice and caused my husband and I quite a lot of stress over that weekend. We spoke to nigel and he said she had given us wrong advice and he was going to complain about this lady and the unneccesary worry she had caused us Reviewed on: 13th September 2018
