A bunch legalised con-artsists

Had been with them for a number of years for a number of products without making a claim, roof was damaged in a storm and when I made a claim the company of "experts" (it later transpired that the member of staff concerned had no formal qualifications to make a judgement) they engaged stated that this was due to poor maintenance by the owner ... on an 8 year old house that I had a recent surveyors report for that highlighted no issues .... In the end their patronising, sanctimonious, accusational passive-aggressive staff insinuated that I was making a false claim despite me submitting BBC reports of the storm and data from the weather station in my garden. How can you make a false claim on the roof of a 3 story house that is only accessible with scaffolding? I the end I did what I would advise any customer to do: withdrew my business from this bunch of greedy, self-serving leagalised con-artist scum. In short: AVOID

Straight forward contact and product

U.K. Call centres, freephone, good communication and friendly staff. Insurance quotes in general need to stop going up year on year by 10/15 pounds but, at least this company doesn't take forever to haggle and this is why I use them for most of my...
