Recently had a consultation with Mr Roger Dutton, Financial Adviser, arranged via Dudley Building Society at their Gornal branch. Very useful meeting with lots of good advice and with no 'hard selling' at all. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2019

As a member with a savings account, I would expect to be notified when a new account is launched which is similar to my account and which pays a higher interest rate. Reviewed on: 18th June 2025

AN Excellent Service all round

From the moment I opened my savings account I have had nothing but excellent service. I needed to query what evidence of identity was acceptable and phoned and was met by courtesy and professionalism. I have no hesitation in recommending this building society to others and have in fact already done so to a close friend. Reviewed on: 18th August 2023
