Take this opportunity to express gratitude for the professional approach demonstrated by the Customer Service Team in transferring our funds to a new One Year Fixed Rate Bond 32. They provided us with confidence and assurance that the product was correct for our needs. They acted in a polite and professional competent manner throughout the transfer from our previous financial providers. They are without doubt a credit to Dudley Building Society. My wife and I hold ISA accounts that we each have chosen to transfer to another provider. Our application to transfer has hit a block. Other societies use electronic systems but this one seems to use paper and cheques. Despite our two different new providers saying they have made requests DBS say they haven’t received them and that is because they check the post while everyone else seems to use an electronic banking system. Professional, friendly, efficient service, good interest rates

2 years ago, I was looking to open savings accounts for my children. At a time where interest rates were at their lowest, Dudley had the best deal in my opinion. Since then they passed on every rate increase very quickly. And when you call with a query, staff are incredibly helpful. Couldn't be happier with the service.
