Horrible experience

Unable to get my funds transferred from a different bank to Dudley as I am not getting correct info from Dudley Reviewed on: 14th July 2021

As usual friendly service. Perhaps a good idea to have a second person checking on the queue as at times long waits e.g. last time 15 minutes as customer in front of me had complicated business and nobody else came out to serve. Professional, knowledgeable staff

I visited the Brierley Hill branch and spoke to a Brenda. I asked for information on an ISA and asked for tax receipts and to also confirm a change of address. Brenda was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. All round a pleasant and productive visit Reviewed on: 13th July 2021
