My online message was responded to the same day, and the customer services person dealing with my query was extemely helpful, to the extent of phoning me to ensure that all was resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you for keeping branches open during Covid. Thank you for keeping DBS available via the telephone.Congratulations on the new location of the Kingswinford branch.
