Friendly people, good value savings products

I only started with saving Dudley last year having been initially attracted by he value offered by their savings accounts. I found them very easy to deal with - from opening my account to answering a couple of questions over the phone. Their service staff were very responsive when I rang and had all the knowledge needed to answer my questions. I very satisfied with the service I get from Dudley. Reviewed on: 9th April 2021

Getting onto on-line banking

I opened my account several years ago and have been reluctant to add money to my ISA as I had no way to access my money other than by post or travelling to a branch which was miles away.
