Throughout the COVID 19 pandemic, we were continually advised by the Dudley Building Society as to their necessary changes in service in order to avoid fruitless visits. As usual, all business was conducted within a friendly professional atmosphere with little interruption to their normal excellent service. This sort of service is alien to my High Street bank. Taking care when we need them

DBS look after our savings and have always given us good advice, bearing in mind what we wanted. During the pandemic they have kept us informed by email and have reassured us that we are doing the right kind of savings for our needs. Thank you so very much. Reviewed on: 9th April 2021

Excellent staff contacts

EXCELLENT SERVICE WITH A SMILE

Staff at Perton Branch are extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them, going the extra mile to trace funds that went astray from a closed Post Office account, even though the funds were very small. Highly recommended. 5 Reviewed on: 9th April 2021

In period of low interest rates...

It is good to be investing in a product with a variable rate that hasn't been reduced as many competitors have recently. No doubt will go down but not immediately as others have rushed to jump on the bandwagon of low rates Reviewed on: 9th April 2021
