Top Class Friendly Service

Applied for a savings account online with Dudley Building Society, which was quickly and efficiently set up following a phone call with friendly and efficient customer service advisor, Becky. Online registration was very easy, once roll number arrived via SMS, and was able to quickly make initial deposit via debit card, again online. I like the 2FA security when accessing my account online. Overall, very pleased I chose Dudley Building Society. Reviewed on: 15th March 2021

High interest rates savings accounts for your children

Needs a small tweak or two.

On the site home page the Tab for "ONLINE SERVICE" could do with larger presence/highlight and similarly in the page which follows the very tiny "here" for intending users to click on, in order to begin the logon sequence. Reviewed on: 11th March 2021
