I recently opened a two year fixed rate bond. Brenda at the Dudley branch opened the account for me, she is very nice and was extremely helpful and made us a nice cup of coffee. It was the best experience I've had with a bank or Building society. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

I visited to the Kingswinford branch in 10/3/26 to review my several accounts and make changes and new investments I was helped by Libby who couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant to deal with. Excellent customer service from Libby. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
