Dudley Building Society offers local, friendly, high rate savings for me and my business. The staff I have dealt with are knowledgeable and professional but relaxed and approachable. There was a technical problem but communication was good whilst this was being resolved and I was happy with the resolution. Reviewed on: 7th March 2025

No longer a good rate.

I have just received your letter moving me to 3.5%. No longer a good rate, especially as this account was once a Money Saving Expert recommended product. My banking app doesn’t like your use of one account number and individual roll numbers! Reviewed on: 7th March 2025
