All staff very welcoming immediately and offered me a tea/coffee. Listened and heard what I said. Attentive and helpful, pleasant atmosphere and surroundings. Tax free ISAs moved to here for FCS protection, quite a few years since deposits. Hard to think of any complaints. Any lack of understanding was connected to another bank.
