Didn't pursue other party for payment when they were at fault

Traffic collision and the other party drove off without stopping. Went to the police to get details with registration plate. Insurer didn't continue to pursue the other party and the other party denied all knowledge of the event. Didn't get a penny and my car was written off. Reviewed on: 27th October 2017

Simple and Straightforward

All round insurance company

Signed up with them last year. Was quick, easy and by far the cheapest on the market. Spoke to them on the phone and it was customer service brilliance especially since the people on the end of the phone was easy to talk to, not to mention they didn't try and sell me something I didn't want to. Will definitely stick with them for more years to come. Good quality email updates when things chance reflecting my insurance. Helpful Customer service

I have been with the EUI group since I passed my test! I am currently with Elephant Insurance and recently had an issue with my direct debit being too high and I wasn't advised of the price. After a few calls back an forth, they solved the issue and I had one months free! They do value their long standing customers which is nice. I would recommend :) Reviewed on: 13th September 2017

Basic customer service

Elephant have been one of the cheapest companies for younger drivers I have found. However, it's a shame you don't get rewarded for being a loyal customer. They give a renewal quote every year which can be matched by other companies until you ring them and they suddenly apply a discount code! They do advertised to be the cheapest but in my opinion they are more loyal to new customers rather than old ones. Reviewed on: 26th July 2017
