Great customer service and reliable bank

Since I moved to First Direct I haven't had any problems. I find their internet banking easy to use and I like everything about the way they do business. They make things easy and do things with the customer in mind which is what counts. Reviewed on: 7th November 2018

Easy, reliable and great support

I’ve used First Direct since the early 90s when telephone banking was novel and online let alone mobile banking was unheard of. Their friendly service and reliability over all that time has not lapsed so I would always recommend them. Reviewed on: 6th November 2018
