Amazing customer service every time!

Always answer the phone quickly. Every customer service assistant is warm and friendly. Nothing is too much of a problem - I applied for the wrong credit card, they immediately sorted it out for me. Someone cloned my bank card and they sorted it immediately, fully reimbursing the stolen money in seconds. Amazing customer service every time! Reviewed on: 6th November 2017

Premier banking without the fees

UK call centres so no problems in being understood, and it's rare to be held in a queue waiting to speak to someone, always feel like you are the only person that matters to them and it feels like a premier banking service but without the annual fees. Reviewed on: 6th November 2017

Superb Customer Service Everytime

I switched to First Direct two years ago after having been with the same bank previously for almost 30 years! I love the fact that it easy to speak to someone quickly on the phone and they are always really friendly and helpful. I mainly use online banking and it is great and super efficient.
