Well worth the switch

Excellent bank

I change my bank account two years ago to first direct and there customers services is excellent. Unlike other banks that fob you off this bank wants to help and always resolves any issues you have. Reviewed on: 15th March 2017

Simple online banking

I have been with First Direct for at least 20 years and I can honestly say it has been a positive experience. Online banking is a breeze. I have always had excellent customer service with helpful and polite staff being at available at all times. Reviewed on: 13th February 2017
