Simple but effective

I've been with First Direct for thirty years. The customer service is excellent. You never have to wait to speak to someone, as your phone call is answered almost immediately. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 27th February 2025

First direct are clearly ahead of other banks

Good customer service, good overdraft facility as standard, good rates for linked savings accounts. Don't seem to send as many annoying emails as other banks. Always helpful if you need anything from them. Used to be a pain having no branches, but neither does anyone else these days. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Makes everyday banking so simple!
