Exceptional long-term telephone banking

Can’t fault the telephone banking service in particular for this account I have held for probably 20 years. The wait times are never lengthy, in fact always prompt. Effective and efficient banking service

I have been an account holder for 23 years and have always found the bank to be accessible, personable, and efficient when handling queries. The 1st account offers an overdraft facility which is easy to set up and useful for back-up. Recomended. Reviewed on: 9th April 2023
