Simple but effective

The Original Branch Free Bank

I moved to First Direct when they first opened as Telephone Banking long before Internet Banking which they embraced wholeheartedly later. I chose them because they did not waste money maintaining and staffing branches - if they looked after their own money I could trust them to look after mine. Experience has proved that they have the best customer service at the end of a phone which is always answered quickly and they offer a high interest regular saver to customers of their 1st account. Fairly simple banking

Really good bank - can't believe I had not dealt with them before!

Great bank, friendly and helpful customer service

I’ve banked with First Direct for a while, and only have positive things to say about them. They’re very helpful, quick to answer the call (no automated options, which is brilliant). On the one occasion where a mistake was made, they rectified it immediately whilst I was on the phone - it gave me great peace of mind and confidence that I’m with the right bank.
