Simple but effective

great company

ive been so pleased with first direct since i switched banks - you cant fault their cusrtomer service, they alwas reply swiftly in the app and theres no lengthy wait times ifyou call up. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2023

Consitently good performance.

First Direct almost always excel at customer service. Their staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The odd problem is resolved quickly and without fuss. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2023

Good service bad Ap'

Always had generally good service. But Ap' not compatible with online banking. Reviewed on: 1st June 2023

Interest rates

Been with this bank for over 30 years but their interest rate is very low. High street banks in general have very low interest rates far lower than what they actually are. I will be switching to an online account as their rates are very good indeed. Reviewed on: 1st June 2023

Consistently first rate

Been a customer for 25 years. Despite incentives to switch, I've never felt the need. Consistently first rate telephone and internet banking. It's how banking should be. Only gripe is that they could reward loyalty rather than bribing new customers to join with their cash incentive (ie pay better interest on savings. The regular saver is just a headline grabber!).
