Simple but effective

40 Years Problem Free Banking

Great service for 40 years and extremely helpful when I was about to be scammed. I mostly use online banking now but if a phone call is needed First Direct are always polite, friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Simply the best

Wonderful Customer Service

I have been with first direct for many years and although I have hardly ever had issues, when I have needed assistance (normally because I've forgotten a password!), they have been really helpful and friendly on the phone. I love that cheques can be paid into the account by taking a photo and their process for adding a new credit card was simple and smooth. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
