Simple but effective

Simple, straightforward mobile banking

Easy to use bank account

I've had a First Direct bank account for more than 20 years. They're a fantastic bank, their customer service is second to none, and we also have our mortgage with them. The app is so simple to use, and if you need to speak to them, that's possible too. Reviewed on: 20th February 2023

Modernised brand

They have really modernised their banking and are competing with online only banks, I have very recently opened up an account with the switch incentive. Customer service seems really good and I am pleased so far Reviewed on: 9th February 2023

Stay away

We opened current account when they first launched, we had wages paid and all worked well for over year, out of the blue we got told we where not suitable customers and not what they wanted as customers and closed our account, told us to move our money, the account had always been in credit, but they wanted higher wage earners.
