Simple but effective

Best Service Ever

I’ve been with various banks throughout the years, but First Direct has definitely been the best. Their customer service is second to none, range of products and regular updates are to be available applauded Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Regular saver is great

I specifically opened the account for the 7% regular saver which I’m happy to have during the cost of living crisis. The account seems ok although I wish the app had push notifications for when money comes in/leaves the account as I find I have to check it a lot to see what my balance is. It’s a shame that you also can’t put notes on it like on Monzo to remind you what a purchase was. There is a tag function but it isn’t much help. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023
