The process for opening a new current & savings acct, along with mobile and online was incredibly slick and efficient. Having phoned the call centre once, the call was answered quickly and my query handed efficiently and professionally, with no hassle. Reviewed on: 25th February 2023

Whoever i speak to doesn't seem to have a clue. A simple query about deactivating the app so I can set it up on a new device took 11 minutes. The person I spoke to had me on hold for about 6 minutes then started reading from what sounded like a script. They didn't listen to what I had asked Reviewed on: 25th February 2023

I've had a First Direct bank account for more than 20 years. They're a fantastic bank, their customer service is second to none, and we also have our mortgage with them. The app is so simple to use, and if you need to speak to them, that's possible too. Reviewed on: 20th February 2023
