Easy to use and reliable

Found it really easy to use, good app and when you need to speak to someone you can easily get through to a friendly human quickly. When I had an issue they resolved it instantly - you can judge a company on its customer service when there is a problem - they fixed it, instantly, with no fuss. Reviewed on: 21st January 2022

Great bank

Perfect for online banking

As almost every physical bank in my area no longer exists I have found First Direct, being online only, ideal for my needs. I can access my account instantly and move my money around just as I want. If this option was not open to me I would have to drive 15 miles in any direction to undertake such activities. Reviewed on: 20th January 2022

Just the best

Moved from RBS to first direct more than 20 years ago when it was all telephone banking, the call centre was,. and still is brilliant. The staff are empowered to deal with issues on the spot, and their online site is simple for non-tech savvy people like me. The only fly in the ointment is their change from Visa to Mastercard for their debit card which has disabled many of the functions previously available in HSBC back branches, they promise to sort out the issue and I am sure they will Reviewed on: 20th January 2022

Accessible, efficient, responsive
