Brilliant Banking

I have recently switched to First Direct from HSBC who I was with for over 13 years. I know HSBC and First Direct are part of the same banking group but what a breath of fresh air First Direct is. Easy online banking app and online services. The call centre are amazing, I have never waited more than 2 minutes to speak to an advisor. I would highly recommend taking the plunge and using First Direct for all your banking needs. Reviewed on: 10th January 2019

Highly Recommend

Definitely would recommended First Direct to family, friends and people I don’t know!! They answer the phones within 10 seconds when you call and you always speak to an actual real person.
