Seamless

Best Bank Super friendly

Brilliant bank

Great service compared to the mileninals

I've been a first direct customer for around 30 years and they still rock. They do however have some competition with the likes of Monzo doing great things with their app. The key difference is when things go wrong with Monzo you have to deal with their appalling customer service which is smug and staffed by children. first direct still employ grown-ups who fix things without banal comments.
