I cant think of a single bad thing...

Ive been with other banks in the past, but Ive been with First Direct for many years now. I have quite a few different accounts, and use many of the different banking features, ie transfers, savings, joint account, credits cards, Standing orders, Direct debits, online chat and phone support occasionally. It is hard to find a single problem. There are a couple of online system designs i would like changed but there isnt one system that suits everyone 100%. For example if you want to transfer some money from an account to a credit card, and there are more than one credit card in your family, you cant easily tell which one is which on the payment list, they have the same numbers. Also you cant rename an account, for example if you have multiple savings accounts you use for different reasons, they will all look the same. But honestly, this is the best bank by miles. On the few occasions i have needed to contact my bank (First Direct), i have had nothing but the best customer service.
