Superb customer service second to none. I transferred to this bank over 2 years ago and would recommend it to all my friends and colleagues. I have received first rate customer service from them since day one. I love the fact that I can speak to someone in this country who understands how banking works. First Direct has a contact centre, based in the UK, that is open 24 hours a day, so you can ring and talk someone at any time. If you have an overdraft, the first £250 is interest free which is very helpful, and unlike most other UK bank accounts. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019
