A finance company who puts they’re customers first..

Since being with first response they’ve been nothing but helpful. Firstly I didn’t think it was possible for me to get finance due to a poor credit history but first response gave me that opportunity. I’ve recently had to switch over my vehicle due to my family expanding and again this was extremely simple to do with first response. They always keep me updated on when my payments are due and have ensured I chose a plan that was right for me. Every time I’ve spoken to somebody over then phone they’ve always been polite and extremely helpful, first response definitely put they’re customers first. 100% recommend. The company made my car finance application so easy . I was always kept upto date on the stages of my application and have been kept aware of payment dates if they fall earlier than my agreed date . Where others failed first response finance stepped up and gave me a chance to prove that people with poor credit will still pay if they are giving the chance. Made everything clear and understandable. With out FRF I would not have the car I needed as my old one was past it's prime. I would 100% recommend anyone to give FRF ago before you try other companies. Reviewed on: 28th April 2025
